    Job Responsibilities

    • Offer assistance to STOPzilla customers via telephone and chat.
    • Provide email and remote assistance to resolve customer issues.
    • Promote STOPzilla products and services to customers to reach department goals.
    • Record session information and share customer feedback with the other team members.
    • Acquires customer information in order to escalate complex issues to upper support tier.
    • Follow and suggest improvement on work place procedures.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer support or telesales required – at least 1 year
    • Medium to advanced knowledge about common pc operating systems
    • Medium knowledge about anti-virus, anti-malware and pc optimization products
    • Customer oriented attitude
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficiency in English is a must
